Just4Dentists was established by two leading firms - money4dentists and mortgages4dentists - who bring together unique expertise in financial guidance tailored specifically for dental professionals.
Recognising a gap in the market for honest, accessible financial understanding, our founders united their in-depth knowledge of the dental industry to support dental clinicians with clarity, confidence, and trusted advice across their career.

Andrew is a qualified mortgage and protection adviser with 25 years’ experience in financial services, working across both large corporates and fast‑growing specialist firms. He is widely recognised for his expertise in securing residential and buy‑to‑let mortgages for self‑employed healthcare professionals, particularly dentists, whose unique income structures and career paths often require a tailored approach.
As the founder of one of the UK’s highest‑rated mortgage and protection brokerages, Andrew has grown his business into a team of nearly 20 professionals with a reputation for exceptional customer service. His background extends beyond mortgages as he has owned an accountancy firm, a wealth management practice, and an estate‑planning business, giving him a uniquely well‑rounded understanding of the financial landscape dentists operate in.
Andrew is also an active property developer and buy‑to‑let investor, enabling him to share real‑world insight with clients looking to build long‑term wealth.

Martin is a Chartered Financial Adviser and qualified accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance, including senior leadership roles across industry and international markets. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holder of a Master’s degree in Finance, he brings a uniquely strategic perspective to financial planning and one that combines technical expertise with real-world business acumen.
Martin specialises in working with dentists, helping them navigate everything from NHS pensions and retirement planning, to investment planning, protection, and whole-of-life financial strategy. His deep understanding of the dental profession, coupled with a forensic approach to cashflow modelling and a relentless focus on service, has earned him a reputation for delivering advice that’s both highly personalised and commercially astute.
Before moving into financial advice, Martin spent many years as a senior finance leader and has led on numerous business acquisitions and strategic planning projects. This experience underpins his ability to solve complex problems and support clients at every stage of their professional and personal journey.
